I am working on the Sheltie novel!

Each story has its own button, below. The newest, "Duncan in the Everglades," is a true story about Clan Duncan's first Sheltie, Banchory Duncan Macduff CDX HIT, who went on countless field biology expeditions. Duncan was sired by Ch. Philidove Heir Presumptive, ROM, ex a daughter of Ch. Kiloren Night Apache. The dogs in the true stories are, of course, real Shelties I have known.The Shelties in the fictional stories are also based upon real Shelties I have known. I hope that the stories will serve to showcase the wonderful character, loyalty, and intelligence of good Shelties (not to mention the strange and wonderful qualities of Sheltie breeders!). I must mention the image above, which is not painted, but cut from a photograph of my dear little Silver City taken on one inspired afternoon many years ago when I photographed him, never anticipating this moment, with a stack of books.
